Allow customers to view visuals throughout lifetime of Sales Order

We've had several requests from customers for us to send order confirmations / visual of the orders that they approve and pay. Once the customer approve their order no have no visibility until the order arrives or order is sent.

Can Panther help with this? Once approved and Paid, if you can automatically send the sales order confirmation along with the visual that would be helpful
