Welcome to the v2.0.0 Beta. We didn’t just add new functionality; we rebuilt Panther ERP from the ground up to make your workflow faster and more intuitive.

What’s changed?

Square POS v2

• We have patched all existing Square bugs, including inflated allocated sales.

• You can now utilise pickup and delivery functionality within Square POS.

Notification System

• Receive important notifications in real time. For now, this functionality is limited to Stock Transfer events, with plans to extend to all areas of Panther ERP in the near future.

Authentication

• We’ve redesigned our login experience and fixed a few pain points around sessions. Now, as long as you continue to use Panther throughout the week, you will never have to log in again.

• You can now log in via corporate/personal Google and Microsoft accounts.

Stock Transfers

• You no longer need to worry about keeping the stock transfer window open, as you can now view the history of every CSV stock transfer and receive stock updates in real time, even after you have closed it.

• You will also receive a live notification after initiating a stock transfer via CSV.

Theme

• Our redesigned theme maximises spatial efficiency while aligning seamlessly with our updated brand identity.

Multiple Workspace Support

• Manage your entire corporate portfolio through a single Panther ERP instance with our new multi-workspace architecture.

The boring stuff

• Optimised core architecture for enhanced fault tolerance and horizontal scaling.

• While Panther ERP v1.x was constrained by a single-server background process, our redesigned architecture introduces dynamic resource allocation. This evolution eliminates processing bottlenecks by allowing for the deployment of multiple concurrent servers that scale automatically with your business volume.

Workflows

• Tailor Panther ERP to your operations with automated workflows. Set custom triggers to notify stakeholders or automatically generate production orders when specific conditions are met, ensuring your system adapts to your process—not the other way around.

Stock Sync Overhaul

• Hardened stock synchronisation engine. Engineered for high availability, this fault-tolerant framework ensures consistent inventory alignment across your entire enterprise with the scalability to handle massive data throughput.

Import Export Overhaul

• Streamline your data management with asynchronous imports and exports. Whether you are migrating products, relationships or bulk-processing sales orders, our new background engine handles the heavy lifting and notifies you via email the moment your task is complete.

We are currently road-testing these features with a select user base before a full-scale release. We invite our beta participants to provide candid feedback as we work together to polish this new functionality.
